Working hour. No transparency. Less educated person teach professors about the teaching methodology. A Graduate ( S. Rahman ) is CEO, tries to run an educational institute like a business organization.

Presently, they employ on adhoc basis that means you get an order of work for 10 months only. For next session you have to again apply for the same position.
