Company policies is not clear it is change time to time and person to person. They name Aishwarya Group but every plant have different rule. Company have not employe friendly

Everything is worst there, only politics, everytime time there is excuse and lie from management, payment problem with the vendors, no work timings. Starting time is 9 am but there is no time for closure. I never saw a worst company ever in my entire career. PPIC and purchase department has terrible situation there, i strongly recommend not to join the group. Rest choice your.
