I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Everything is worst there, only politics, everytime time there is excuse and lie from management, payment problem with the vendors, no work timings. Starting time is 9 am but there is no time for closure. I never saw a worst company ever in my entire career. PPIC and purchase department has terrible situation there, i strongly recommend not to join the group. Rest choice your.
