Terrible work pressure. Your work always take extra duty hours but no OT policy even not on national holiday. There is comp off policy but due to man power storage never get that too. When u need support from organization never get that.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
