Growth is average in. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day. Sometimes Employee was not comfortable work with higher managers. Because of high pressure give by manager. Which is painful.

My working is slightly challenging as I have to acknowledged all products in marketing and awareness to retailers point with company all products. on the basis of my personal research.
