It was indeed a good company promoted by Maxis Group of Malaysia. Till 2010 it was doing good in Telecom sector but sudden policy changes by Goverment which company could not handled and lack of professional leadership approach rsulted in decline in market share. Promoters did not intervene in time and then recent entry of JIO with almost free data plans led entire sector into financial stress and Aircel impacted a lot. Consolidation of the sector started and most of the Telecom companies started closing down the businesses. Aircel merger attempt with RCom did not happen and the company collapsed and recently filed for Insolvency and Bankruptcy at NCLT Mumbai bench. So currently people are leaving and no recruitment is happening and hope that in couple of months it will close down....Read More

Dislikes

Initially it was good. Teammate across the function were good and sincere but management and leadership later on was not up to the mark hence company started to collapse. Otherwise company was good paymasters, Employee friendly.
