Manager micromanage non technical activities, they expect you to make process improvement within 6 months of joining. Communications are not clear. Expectations aren't set directly in one one meeting. No hybrid for newly joined people come to office all 5 days to be seen by manager.

Good work life balance and Job security. Very stable and chill environment for developers.

Dislikes

No growth, its a retirement company, still running legacy software and no learning opportunities for anyone. If you just wanna chill with laid back culture, then you can definitely join the company. Another extreme is the company’s work culture fully filled with political managers with a niche skill of manipulating employees appraisal without any reason. Not much my experience has been relatively bad

- There was a complete misalignment of what I was doing in my earlier company & what I was asked to. - Acute work politics. - Groupism - Doing mudane non work related activities to keep good rapport with leadership for better visibility (organizing picnics, pulling up employee survey, filling up antique sheets that solves no practical purpose) Except work anything that can be done to further one's career is acceptable. - Such culture is more concentrated in India. - It was big blunder to join such an organisation....Read More

Great company with a lot of opportunities to work on interesting projects. Very friendly environment and a safe working space. Immense work life balance.

For an intern, the salary is high as it gets in the industry but comparatively low to live in a metro city.

Airbus is a great company to work for. Good employee centric policies. But unfortunately that is not true for the India Center

Dislikes

The India Center is actually run in a very unstructured manner. Highly politicised environment. You don’t need to have any skills for many roles. You just need to have close relationships with seniors. Nobody cares what you know as long as you know key people. And if you get close to an expat, you will do great in the company.
