1.Terrible experience in terms of toxic behaviour from higher management.Such a bad organisational practice or culture is going on.Where an intern will direct and order to a 10 years experience professional.The problem is there in hierarchy practices.Like an example a person is there as your boss but she is only have 1-2yrs exp and She will teach you how to work and you are an experienced person with 4times more CTC than her and you have to learn things fr her.That's unfortunate but terrible practice I have noticed here. 2.Each and every day they will give you a feeling you are a contractor if you are unfortunately I'm not Airbus payroll but working for Airbus like an employee.Starting from identity card till there shows and gifts in every place there have clear indication and persiality to give you a feeling that you are an outsider.That's so painful of an employee. 3.You will not have the job security.Every day they will threaten you in someway that they can throw you out.So,you will in uncertainty. 4.Job satisfaction is pathetic.Apart from salary not a single thing is good in Airbus.You will be so frustrated with the toxic work culture....Read More
