1.Terrible experience in terms of toxic behaviour from higher management.Such a bad organisational practice or culture is going on.Where an intern will direct and order to a 10 years experience professional.The problem is there in hierarchy practices.Like an example a person is there as your boss but she is only have 1-2yrs exp and She will teach you how to work and you are an experienced person with 4times more CTC than her and you have to learn things fr her.That's unfortunate but terrible practice I have noticed here. 2.Each and every day they will give you a feeling you are a contractor if you are unfortunately I'm not Airbus payroll but working for Airbus like an employee.Starting from identity card till there shows and gifts in every place there have clear indication and persiality to give you a feeling that you are an outsider.That's so painful of an employee. 3.You will not have the job security.Every day they will threaten you in someway that they can throw you out.So,you will in uncertainty. 4.Job satisfaction is pathetic.Apart from salary not a single thing is good in Airbus.You will be so frustrated with the toxic work culture....Read More

Very bad and toxic culture, no visibility to business units, sudden changes at work which is truly unplanned. It’s a nightmare for Talent acquisition partners.

It’s the first disappointing, disastrous, disappointing unplanned hiring process. Nothing to learn, all you learn is cunning tactics, cheap behaviour of everyone in HR team.

Manager micromanage non technical activities, they expect you to make process improvement within 6 months of joining. Communications are not clear. Expectations aren't set directly in one one meeting. No hybrid for newly joined people come to office all 5 days to be seen by manager.

No growth, its a retirement company, still running legacy software and no learning opportunities for anyone. If you just wanna chill with laid back culture, then you can definitely join the company. Another extreme is the company’s work culture fully filled with political managers with a niche skill of manipulating employees appraisal without any reason. - There was a complete misalignment of what I was doing in my earlier company & what I was asked to. - Acute work politics. - Groupism - Doing mudane non work related activities to keep good rapport with leadership for better visibility (organizing picnics, pulling up employee survey, filling up antique sheets that solves no practical purpose) Except work anything that can be done to further one's career is acceptable. - Such culture is more concentrated in India. - It was big blunder to join such an organisation....Read More

Airbus is a great company to work for. Good employee centric policies. But unfortunately that is not true for the India Center

Dislikes

The India Center is actually run in a very unstructured manner. Highly politicised environment. You don’t need to have any skills for many roles. You just need to have close relationships with seniors. Nobody cares what you know as long as you know key people. And if you get close to an expat, you will do great in the company.
