Overall a decent workplace but not a great place to work. The HR department is pathetic here. Senior level leadership is average and not really great. compensation is okay. Travel benefits as an employee is an added advantage.

You learn to multitask and also to manage between customers and upper management which gives you an exposure of how things work in the upper management level.

A lot of job dissatisfaction and stale career growth, more than performance the hierarchy takes the cake for growth and the list is very long till your time comes.

Very bag management team.Shouts to the employee infrint of the guest// no respect to the satff.simply extends shift when not required// only1week off even during night shift. Manager ate not helpful.

Sick leave 12 we have for name sake I take 1 sick leave 2000/- deduction on salary if took 2 sick leave 4000/- if we took 3 sick leave in 3 months then 8000/- complete gone.
