Training about work is good. Salaries are very poor, The company SVP and AVP never stand on their, Example few years ago our SVP has promised to all the staff that company is in good profits and please don't believe rumors, And he said every he will share some percent of the profit with all the employees, Excluding festival. And even he said he will arrange a room for the employees for relaxing with indoor games. It's all been said in 2014 but till now nothing is implemented. But he got promoted from SVP to COO of the company....Read More

Dirty politics, They don't think about the employees, they just think about clients and profits, I have worked from 2010-2018 the PF amount which I received is below 20000/- because there was lot of dicrepancy happened in our salaries, PF, Medical for few years there was no salary statement. And even the hike would be like 500-1000/- per year. Employees those who put butter to managers they will be promoted and they will get leave whenever they want. And company takes money as a security deposit for new employees, And if you want to resign the notice period is 3months, if you want immediate relieving then the employee should pay the take home of 3months. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
