Nothing Becuse the head of the company are really fake people don't know how to handle the staff, only one women madam Sherpa the airport manager at Mumbai airport at my time she is really very supportive with all the staff and she know how to handle the people but other mangers are really worst and the that prove when Sherpa Mame got transfer to USA.

Dislikes

Partiality, two face people, don't know they own value. And don't know how to treat customer

Work Details

I work more then 2 years my experience is Gud till the Sherpa Mame is my airport manager but when she got transfer all the contract loss by the company.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
