Just the brand and good training...huh

Was offended and mock by trainer on the first day of training because I am arts graduate. Work culture feels like very strict principal-student relationship. Senior thinks they know everything of everything. Below average pay. One year experience new hire staff gets twice/thrice more pay than the staff working with them since 4-5 years. I was the day one staff of Vistara and we all set up our Delhi station from the begging and helped to open many other station set up asa well as Vistara training institute .

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
