Dislikes

1. CDTO Dr. Sathya ( self proclaimed) reminds me of Admiral Aladeen from the movie Dictator. He researches to destroy Airindia 2.He behaves as if our loyalty is to him personally , not the organisation , constantly saying work for me, do something for me. 3.Kochi D&T head , Deva Kurian - If there were a ranking for incompetence , he'd be firmly at the top. After over 20 years at TCS, he was conveniently transferred here, most likely he couldn’t secure another role. 4. Deva’s problem solving skills are legendary: He once seriously suggested opening elevator doors with our hands if we got stuck. 5.A revolving door of ex-TCS employees continues to flood the organisation, reinforcing same outdated service company mindset that bas no place in a modern airline. 6.Delhi and Kochi teams are constantly at odds with unnecessary back-and-forth politics stalling progress. 7. No real HR presence -Some people claims to be HR but they function more like enforcers for leadership rather than employee advocates. 8.There is glaring issue of grade disparities .
