Too much ease for old employees. You just need to Sit, Relax and Observe. Seems like a government job for all of the old employees.

Salary will never credited to you on time, Can even take 15 days Changes in HR policies are quite common here. Strict timings for break, as done in Schools No extra payments for extra working days, On the joining day you'll be told to work just 5 days a week, But you would always be coming on Saturdays, as they have urgencies for some unexpected delivery project. Not good salary hike for freshers (2-4 range) Whole company is covered with CCTV cameras Your PC work is always being followed by the management by LAN School software. Your not allowed to take your smartphone in company. That need to deposit at reception while going into company. They could fire you at anytime without any prior notice for any stupid reason. You will be hired for some other work, and you need to work which is something not related to your work. They can even put you in Data Entry Job....Read More

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
