Aimlay is very nice company and in Aimlay you have chance to make more money and this is the actual pros of the company, work life environment not highly recommendable but it's much better if I am comparing with other organisations, in Aimlay they celebrate all festival and management also good

The main dislike is no growth on time of the employee, that is the main cause why I left from there otherwise company is good

When i joined aimlay, i got product training which was very beneficial in my sales. the training sessions gave me product knowledge and several sales weapons which was very necessary to make a sale. other than the training, my seniors were also very supportive. And not only this, i really enjoy birthday bash events, fueling fridays and many more events.
