My superior is a old fellow, simply a timepass guy who watches youtube and facebook videos in office hours. He doesn't have any sales experience but based on service related experience company is keeping him in sales at hyderabad location. He is the person who did nothing in office he always blaming others for his mistakes. Most badthing about him is he informed to the branch manager and told him about my wife is also working and then my incentives have been reduced compared to others becuase my wife is working. He forcefully added another department to me and there is no incentives for that and he always says bad things about me infront of the other national manager. He wasted my time for particiapting reactive tenders he didn't care my leads and enquiries. there are many complaints against him but i can't do anything so forcefully I have resigned....Read More
