Makes false promises - Lot of micromanagement. you have to provide daily work activities, weekly reports and even timesheets - Boss is a horrible person. He is a completely fake person and extremely self centered. He thinks he is a ruler and he can do anything and everything - Product quality of extremely poor. So called certifications are developed by interns using ChatGPT - They always fire smart people and hire those who can be controlled or are in great need - They expect to work 24 hours because we are Indian. The same things don't apply to US employees. - They laid off all founding members and senior management. Because one person wants to control everything. - After hiring, they want everyone to work either on part time or contractual.
