I got to learn new things and I would say a complete knowledge of merchandising as I was nothing in this field just 12th pass guy who is pursuing his graduation but ahujasons gave me opportunity to work, though with a low salary but a lot of learning and new things are there.

Dislikes

Salary is low as compared to the work, working hour in Export division are 9.5 hours a day. For new joining, no ESI & PF facility, which you might not going to have even after 2-4 years. Your Job title in company is not the same as of the work actually you are doing.

Work Details

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
