Nothing major. Promotions are not properly monitored. 2 employees could have spent same number of years in AgreeYa but may have different designations. Many stay on same designation even after multiple years.

I like Agreeya solutions work culture. They facilitate skill-based learning and give employees a clear vision about the projects they are work on. They always keep their employees up-to-date about the company state's and progress through RNR and monthly townhall. To be honest . I literally do not have any negative point. But still I would like to mention one thing that they should relocate their office from Noida sec 51 to some other location may be on Noida expressway or near by Noida airport. To be honest current locality of the company is not great.

They are forcing me to join as soon as possible. They are calling me on weekends, and also on rakhi festival and 15th august (for discussing about joining their company) They are also providing me many solution to get early release from my previous company by giving some irrelevant reason. They are also asking me to join their company as a contract mean while also suggesting me to serve my NP in my previous company.
