Unprofessional Manager's behaviour, in-out system (you even can't go for tea outside building, else your attendance will be shortened), variable component will not pay at the time of financial year, car parking issue, old infrastructure, old bosses with outdated thinking and their rules.

Dislikes

Nothing major. Promotions are not properly monitored. 2 employees could have spent same number of years in AgreeYa but may have different designations. Many stay on same designation even after multiple years.

I like Agreeya solutions work culture. They facilitate skill-based learning and give employees a clear vision about the projects they are work on. To be honest . I literally do not have any negative point. But still I would like to mention one thing that they should relocate their office from Noida sec 51 to some other location may be on Noida expressway or near by Noida airport. To be honest current locality of the company is not great.

Toxic work Culture, no work life balance, Manager does not care about your health,Micromanagement, have leave policy but manager does not approve it’s useless to have leaves, force employees to work on weekends as per policy its permanent off, illiterate Human Resource team does not resolve issues, they will take more than 90 days to clear your FNF being such big organisation.
