The company atmosphere is good, i like it very much. People here is very easy going, more appreciable.

Dislikes

Before going for a estimation need some time to evaluate it fully. Need some time to learn new technologies. Leave days is low. Need some time to train the team to a right direction, this leads to bug coding.

As a developer, my work is evaluate the estimation and split it into task, assign the task to the team based on the priority and complexity and team and me to work on it, needs to deliver the app.
