Skill Matrix, NCR and Task Management is the the criteria for each department to monitor the growth of the employee.

Compensation is Decent but growth is moderate

Work Details

Its Learning experience with Lot more responsibilities includes the development of New Plant, facility of the worker and supporting staff, new product, Testing Facility, Bottlenecking of the existing plant. Factory Compliances and QCD approach work.
