My overall experience with the company was good, you will get a lot of opportunities to learn. However, the company lack in delivering its promise to make payments on time. The team managing the overall payment structure is not professional as it should be. In work culture, it stands in a moderate category. Job security is a question mark in the company. I have seen that the company asked my colleagues to take leave stating that there is no work, and then asked them to resign. The same can be worked out professionally if the employee is not up to the mark. In terms of behaviour, it changes completely once you are about to retire. Suddenly they started having complaints about your work. I m currently not working with the company so got a free hand to write what is true and real. I rate my overall experience 3/5 as I learned many things in this environment....Read More

I have worked with many digital marketing companies before. But Agio SUpport stands out for me. No pressure of work and no silly targets. You get the chance to showcase your talent and creativity in the best possible manner. Great working environment.

6 days working. I was hoping for 5 days only and the absence of any fun activity.

The company has some good projects that make them interesting to work on.

Dislikes

There is no compensation or appraisals for all the hard work that you put into this company. The work pressure is very high. Managers do not value an individual's unique strengths. There is no scope for imaginative thinking as the same kind of work is expected from the employees.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
