Likes

Worked in the company for more than couple of years and worked on some good projects. Got good opportunity to learn and work on the new technologies. On-site travel is completely dependent on the project location for the critical project phases and is usually less than 5%. While the work culture of UK office is absolutely amazing, can really say the same for India office due to the management. I had a very good work life balance as I was working mostly for the European clients and counterparts who value personal life....Read More

Dislikes

While compensation was decent when I was working there couple of years ago, I can't say the same for now. Management at India office is not how it ideally should be and it was quite dull working environment. Growth opportunities are very limited.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
