I was made to resign from my position because I am pregnant. There is no proper structure, no HR support, since they doesn't want me in company they kept on harassing me. Also salary was not given for a month which i stayed there. Overall it was worst experience. Kindly find the company which is employee friendly.

Frequent harassment of employees esp., against female employees by senior staffs up until director and CEO level. Constantly abusing for not meeting the sales targets(yes all managers and above should speak with clients and get additional projects, else the CEO and dir and call you and abuse you on wknds). You will be billed into 2 or more projects and you cannot deny.

Senior leadership is paralysed and inefficient in function. Incompetent people who have been given the position on dirty politics run the show in the company using a lobby... The worst is L&D department.
