I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

If Management thinks that you are idle or they don't like you, they will force you to raise the resignation yourself. Culture is gone long back, we can say it is just like another Government company. Food cards with some extra benefits they provide. The outlook of the office is neat and pleasant. People who got product knowledge are gone long back. Which is a huge setback.
