There was no hike in salary that's the reason quiet the job. And career growth is very slow.

Management is pathetic, no scope of promotion untill and unless you are not spending time with operation team. Managers and team leads always ask agents for parties. No diwali bonus moreover they will ask you for money for festival decorations. No overtime payed. Mental torture. Mostly will ask you to come on 6th day as well is its5 day working by saying process requirement and no extra pay is given. Complete breaks are not provided. They will always cut your breaks by 15-20 mins. If you spend 10 minutes in washroom they will mark an email for work avoidance, you can even go to loo....Read More
