Mainly there is no support from Management, no one concerned about Front line Employees, pathetic behavior in resolving employee issues, Selfish Supervisors ..they wont think about team members .no one will work in top management, just moving on...like Govt Employees, A person who willing to work..cannot survive in this Company..people who are not willing to work..those can easily survive..i can say this is the only best thing in Company, Incentive terms and conditions difficult completly favoured to Company , the sales person has to do sales and service ..The package wont match the work.. they will give less packages with More work..heavy work load ...everytime something will be in pending like that HO Operations works.... Employees Exploitation is going on...i wont suggest anyone to work in this company, seriously it was very painful..that i lost almost 3L incentives just because of one Supervisor's incapacity,inefficiency, he is unfit to that role.. he added additional target to me excluding Goal Sheet..becoz of that i lost my rating, lost my Increment and Promotion mainly Incentives......Read More

Worked in Credit life channel( MRTA Channel) tie up with IDBI Bank, i use to do Overtime work as that work should be done by Two persons but they won't recruit...i use carry pending everytime becoz the Company Operations will be like that...ol

Nothing is there to say that i like here, only the branch staff is supportive in banca channel. Rest all upper level management is worst.

Company culture is restricted to upper level management only. There is no scope for sales. No increment since long back, even after achievement of 105% of target in last FY 21-22. 118% target achievement in FY20-21. Very Bad experience with Ageas federal life insurance. I am working here since last 3 years but till date no Appraisal, no increment nothing. In banc channel, company only need business that's it. It's never have conference, no annual meeting with it's employees. Only company expect business, business and business only. Working with idbi ageas federal is highly terrible ,please avoid joining idbi ageas federal as they have a bad system of giving PIP just after finishing of 1st month of joining , in pip they calculate whole financial year task and ask to complete those task such as NLA and business in given one month time of PIP only or fail to fullfill the asked PIP conditions the company will terminate the employee....Read More
