It is an unambitious, unfocussed company which doesn't reward the right and deserving people and employee voice is not heard for improvement of the team /company culture.

Recognition is given to the undeserving just to keep them happy wherby promoting negativity in team. Suggestions and feedbacks are not welcomed by the management and it is a company which works on biasness and relationship with top management.
