Bcz of above three points they think a employee should work like robot and they proudly said the same on meetings.If you join this organization you should forget your family life or personal life. Most of the holidays you will b busy in preparing excel formats sent by management. They k eep changing the formats😂😂😂 with a new name every quarter which is irrelevant in practical work.They have make so bad reputation in market that people don't want to join in many territory, people don't want to buy products except 2/3 product.
