The only positive is salary is always one time.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Very poor work life balance, doesn’t matter if you’re on sick leave, family emergency, exam leave, you are still expected to take your laptop and get work done. This results in people often working even on PTO (paid time off). The usual working time is 8.30am to 5.30pm, but no one’s going to be able to get off at 5.30pm especially Logistics, Finance, Distribution, IT etc.

Good company for freshers only

This is not a good company for experienced persons. There is no work culture in this company. Very less salary and salary increment. Lot of work and very high work pressure. Internal policies. No work life balance. In R&D Equipment all projects are doing like school or college project.
