Wont recommend anyone to plan on having a continued career in IVD Diagnostics in North India. You can check their attrition rate.The leaders you report in North are the most clueless misfits. Avoid them like plague.

Very poor work life balance, doesn’t matter if you’re on sick leave, family emergency, exam leave, you are still expected to take your laptop and get work done. This results in people often working even on PTO (paid time off). The usual working time is 8.30am to 5.30pm, but no one’s going to be able to get off at 5.30pm especially Logistics, Finance, Distribution, IT etc.
