The organisation is data driven, but they are too wrapped up in their own bubble world to see the reality. They definitely will have an organic growth which all organizations have. Wont recommend anyone to plan on having a continued career in IVD Diagnostics in North India. You can check their attrition rate.The leaders you report in North are the most clueless misfits. Avoid them like plague.
