They are applying international policies to Indian culture and environment..but not all things suit to this country so they should mould the policies which will fit to this country and implementation towards that will be better on my opinion.

I impressed with the policy of zero corporal punishment he company periodical training provided by the company to employees.

Its excellency is just limited to the paper, but not in reality. AKESI management is purely failed in preventing cheap group politics in local branches. Many local school leadership resources are terrible in management & interpersonal skills, which in turn severely impacting the efficient employees and other leaders; keeping them in confusion whether to work energetic/ free & fair or defend those "cheap & immatured politics" against them for protecting their job. I am one such victim, who tends to submit my resignation in the recent past. Apart from the above lines, the annual increments are too less, and the same in case of professional growth. Kindly observe my comments/ opinion as a common error or culture in the organization rather than considering it as a criticism.
