Establish a strong connection with students participating in the Atal Tinkering Lab (ATL), ensuring their motivation, engagement, and awareness of various opportunities, events, and competitions.
Conduct regular meetings with the school management to discuss challenges, share insights, and collaboratively find solutions.
Organize frequent sessions on diverse 21st-century skills to encourage student participation in ATL activities and challenges.
Arrange regular ATL sessions for middle school students and specialized activity sessions for senior students.
Manage and document all relevant Tinkering events, including submissions and follow-up procedures.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of ATL inventory for internal inventory management.
Effectively manage classes and projects, including follow-ups and preparations.
Supervise and guide students in undertaking ATL projects encompassing various modules such as Artificial Intelligence, Dremel Design, Woodwork Design, 3D Design, Laser Design, Design Thinking, IoT Projects, Technology Know-how, Core and Lego Robotics, Automobile, Water Tech, and Digital Education.
