Payment on time ( between 16th to 20th every-month )
Hello Dear my main Reason to post this is to show you the real Image of this Group, i worked here for 7 years but my career didn't move in right direction, It was work and die situation for me throughout , The salary was very poor in comparison with other companies in Nigeria because the company thinks in india these employees didnot get a job thats why they moved to African environment, this company treat normal employees like a mad man, they think the employees are fool, No good increment every year, the bonus is like chiken change and which is being given in two parts 50-50 after six months( Thanks to the greedy HR dept ). No proper timing for increment mostly its once in 2years basically 4 to 5 thousands , company change its policy according its interest anytime but when it comes to employees benefit everything turns to Sarkaari Kaam. No proper closing time, No Rest, you will be forced to work on sunday, after leaving the job they will force you to sign on an agreement of not coming back to Nigeria for 2 years otherwise you will not get your dues paid. Work monday to sunday, for coming to the work on sunday they will pay you N3000 ( Rs500/- in indian currency) which shows the height of greediness of this company . No overtime for working beyond your normal hours (8:30 AM to 6PM) It is a group of many companies but to be honest they have different policies for each department, if you are working in a department which is having a average value in the eyes of top Management you are going be treated as a beggar . The company's tag line is " We Know Africa " but frankly speaking you people don't even know the feeling and the Needs of your fellow Indians, who have joined the company for a good reason or due to Responsibilities of their families. For the same reason many Indian workers forced to do Scams and other bad things because you ppl don't pay a good salary. Pls don't join this company unless you don't have any other options thanks....Read More

Company's owners are good and expanding the business.
Company is not bad, but the people have created a worse and toxic culture for the ones who wants to perform. Company must immediately look into the real problem of attrition so that the the employees start to think about contributing to the compny's growth rather than thinking about how to escape from career spoiling politics. HR department is useless and must introspect themselves and start to work towards company's interest. It is a great place to work for Mediocre Indians who want to earn more than they deserve or their skills justify. let's be honest, not all of us are star performers, so if you are an average performer with limited growth in India and manage to get in, just join, earn well without much effort, complain about Africa's Hardships, and enjoy it while it lasts. The Top leadership is good, but they can't be everywhere, so they have to rely on people who have simply learned how to stay relevant. Lets face it - if you are truly talented, you'll find great opportunities in India itself, if you want to earn in dollars, you'd go to Europe, America, the Gulf, or worst East Africa. Why would anyone from India Choose West Africa unless they had no better options in life? When avergae people rise to the top, they ensure they hire below avergae team members. WHY? Because they won't risk bringing in potential threats to their position and paycheck . it's a vicious cycle, average people build an average company, which in turn attracts more average people. Now who can break this cycle? HR, Specialized TA.. But are they really in a position to change it? Let's be honest: 1. Can they change the perception, geopolitics, and economy of a country to attract top talent? Obviously Not. No matter how skilled a recruiter is, they can't alter the reality already available on the internet. 2. Can they stop Bad hiring? In most of the cases. NO. The talent pool is already limited, and hiring Managers often reject better candidates because they have someone in mind- a safe bet who won't challenge their authority, a distant relative's recommendations, or simply a recruit to build their "gang". Meanwhile, you have monthly recruitment targets to meet. Supplying CVs for a challenging geography as such is an endless job if the Hiring Manager is incompetent and has an agenda to push "his guy" eventually. 3. TA sits in different country while Hiring Managers meet leadership daily, controlling the narrative. How many battles can a recruiter fight when the very people they rely on for target completion are undermining them, making them a scapegoat for own incompetency. It was a very smooth process from recruitment to onboarding and thereafter induction into the role. The hiring manager had been guide to the entire journey and had been a wonderful experience. Every one feels nervous getting into a new organisation but I always felt comfortable and been taken care.
Sometimes felt stuck up due to process of multiple approvals at multiple levels.

Nothing to like. The only thing that I liked was my last working day with them.
Everything. You won't even feel like going to work because of the toxic work culture. The recruitment team based in India is a bunch of idiots as they would lie to you about company benefits and work culture so you can join them in Lagos. It is better to stay unemployed than working for them.
