HR is not well aware about their own culture and benefits. Too much politics and micromanagement. Zero work life balance.

Well, they are very unprofessional. Hide their unprofessionalism under the guise of Cool culture. Waste too much time. The HR are nice, but the upper management is very rude and casual.

Dont do hardwork just be a managements good pupy.
