Forced to do OTs without any financial benefits. Had to compulsorily work on Saturdays. No appraisal/ promotion. Highly demotivating management. No transparency in terms of policy structure. HR is not well aware about their own culture and benefits. Too much politics and micromanagement. Zero work life balance.

14 year of service in affinity, each and every time most of the time so called well culture people in management pulling down the new talants and distroyed their lifes most of the management people teach. how to kick our friends and take his place without any hardwork. Dont do hardwork just be a managements good pupy.

all management not having any knowledge but till they grabing upper posts. They dont care about there co-workers. Affinity want only slevs not the humans. The want machines to work 24X7.
