Forced to do OTs without any financial benefits. Had to compulsorily work on Saturdays. No appraisal/ promotion. Highly demotivating management. No transparency in terms of policy structure. HR is not well aware about their own culture and benefits. Too much politics and micromanagement. Zero work life balance.

Well, they are very unprofessional. Hide their unprofessionalism under the guise of Cool culture. Waste too much time. The HR are nice, but the upper management is very rude and casual.

14 year of service in affinity, each and every time most of the time so called well culture people in management pulling down the new talants and distroyed their lifes most of the management people teach. how to kick our friends and take his place without any hardwork. Dont do hardwork just be a managements good pupy.
