Nothing... There is nothing good about the company Even though management has changed, but still there is not improvement in the work culture. The selected few new managers hired who have been hired by the new management enjoy the perks even though they dont know anything about the process.

Everything, the new management is worst than the old. Hari & Piyush were much better managers than these crooks.

Company provide you paid travel. Soft skills training is very good here.

No Job security they will hire people in bulk and when projects starts but when there is less work they will tell you to give resign and tell you that your performance is not satisfactory and pressurize you to give resignation. Company do not value their employee. People who are working from 2-3 years or more years in the organization they will not give them hike and promotion to these people who worked for them day and night, instead they will hire a new people and will give them position and salary hike. This organization will give CTC and in hand salary with wise difference means with very less in hand salary. Not at all Employee cent-rick. I don’t like anything about the company.

This is not for the graphic designers they just want people who can copy paste things for them. They make people work 24*7 in the name of target completion which doesn’t even benefits the employees. If employee wants to quit they have to serve 3 months of notice period (which I had to) which initially is been told as 15 days & if they fire you they won’t give any reason.
