corruption & politics. A group of people is controlling the company. Others are not permitted to involve in corruption than this group. We have to keep mum when these group do corruption.If you report their corruption to the higher authority, or you question the corruption, then you will loose your job security. One can work by supporting this gang and keep mum on their corruption.

Jamnagar PV solar project is in very poor condition as very bad work culture.Only 3-4 old age people who are at age of retirement is Controlling everything .No one care your hard work .

You can learn a lot and by working hard you can get good growth as well.

Company is forcing for 8am to 8pm Job, you cant be 1 second late, its all entered in system. Even if you are 1 second late you have to create a "late clock in" or "early clock out" request in system & get it approved from your manager. Also recently company isnt giving salaries to their employees on time due to funds issue.
