Good work environment and culture.Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is lot of politics and management doesn't address our issuse.salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of two years before which you cannot resign.On the job training is not given to new joiners.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Jamnagar PV solar project is in very poor condition as very bad work culture.Only 3-4 old age people who are at age of retirement is Controlling everything .No one care your hard work .

1. Timing is very strict like school from 08:00 AM to 08:00 PM 2. Salary not on time one month salary credited after the two months. 3. Roaming one site to another by the bike high chances for the accidents. 4. Management is very lull. 5. No facilities is provided according to the AFCONS POLICY. 6. No work culture. 7. No life balance between work and home.

Dislike Dislike Dislike It's Slogan of Employee of this Company First thing they bought a project of approx 2400 crore project but they behave like a Penny company who are working as a contractor. If you are a employee of this company in Jaunpur project, you feel like a prisoner and Admin's are Jailor's . If you are free from your home and your parent's dont like you ,just join this company if you are interested to work without salary. Senior management are just like a Hittler, If you drink more than 5 litre water in office ,Senior manager's call you why you drink so much water without permission of your superior's.
