Only Supervisor and foreman Many of us are experiencing a challenge with afcons. At the end of every project, we are let go from the company, and we have to go through the re-interview process to find a new job. This process can be difficult and time-consuming for us.If we were given the opportunity for an internal transfer within the company, it could potentially solve this issue, allowing us to continue working without the fear of losing our job.
