Great place to work. You will learn a lot about how to develop a product from scratch. You have access to real MIL grade hardware and software also the real LCA Tejas aircraft.

Dislikes

Problem is work life balance and carrier progression. Some departments don't sanction leaves, puts you to work for more than 60+ hours a week. All can be managed better, but it's totally a management issue. Also, don't expect promotions easily.

Work Details

Flight management software development. Involve in full software life cycle development of LCA mission software.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
