Amazing company to work for as you work for the nation ! I was on contract basis but they treated me like a permanent employee and scientists were very supportive for our ambitions and taught us so many valuable things .

Dislikes

Pay for contract employees is low but for a fresher it's very good as it's around 30000 per month but for experienced candidates it's less . Work is amazing and u can learn latest technology in military aircraft design and development .

I am one of the Engineer who started my career in Aerospace from this organization. Scientists who is constantly striving for excellence in Indigenous Design and Development programs in many areas becoming true learning experience and as well as providing domain aspirations to beginners who is getting an opportunities.

Dislikes

In my view, there should not be any resource hiring process with contractual agreements through third party agencies. This organization can be self reliant in having dedicated resource to accomplish the projects that are in execution stage.
