Am working in the head store of kerala, so i came to know all the accounting process of the shop.Its been a great experience to have work with experienced managers and colleagues,every month area manager give targets for each shop and if we can occure that target the mangaer as well as staff got bonus and incentives.wdl pos is the software that have been using for billing and to put the attendance of all the members in the shop.fixed salary+sales incentive is the statergy that the company have been following.other than Saturday and sunday both manager and sales executive can take weekly off as per their flexibility.as per shop norms every month there is one leave opted for staffes and managers for with out cutting their salary.other than that woodland also provide pension and Pf for every staffs.shop probably work 10am to 9.30pm so there is shift for the staffs.11000+ inecentive is the salery scheme in woodland....Read More
