I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. It is very good learning platform, you can get knowledge regarding cash management, billing details, handling customer, sales pitch, and stock management.

Dislikes

Timings is very bad, there is no appraisal, there is no in time salary, one month you will get your salary on 10th and next month you will get on 25th. Mainly they won't give you incentive for your achievements, they will say next month you will get....
