I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

Boring and no fun plus if you love your work and if you have joined this company they will make you hate your work. everybody places politics in there own way for there personal benefits even the boss. both the Boss and the HR are the worst people I met
