They will just ask you to write again and again the same assignment and then in the end deduct payment from your salary for not meeting target. Highly target Oriented job. Plus management is also not good. Too many deductions are there in the salary they offer. In the end you'll get only 60% of your CTC that too afte meeting all the targets on time. Work life balance is not good here.

The culture is worst. No work life balance is there. I used to work even after coming back from office. They used to claim that one week off will be there, but you still have to work on these days. These people will also blame you for not providing you with works during lean period. How are we supposed to get works if we are not assigned!!?? And how are we responsible for this??!! They will constantly pressurize you to complete your daily and monthly word count which is seriously not possible specifically for the lean period. And then suddenly one day you will be called and will be informed that you are laid off. Please be very sure that you have some back up before you join this company. ITS A COMPLETELY FRAUD COMPANY WITH NO ETHICS AT ALL. DO NOT JOIN. I WAS WORKING AS A FULL TIME WRITER. I HAD DEPENDENTS IN MY FAMILY, THEY KICKED ME OFF DESPITE OF REALLY GOOD PERFORMANCE JUST BECAUSE I WAS NOT ABLE TO MEET THEIR DAILY TARGET FOR A MONTH DUE TO SOME MEDICAL EMERGENCY AT HOME.

No work-life balance, so much mental harassments by Team manager, initially the told one day week-off but after recruitment all days are working Monday to Sunday. Senior Project Coordinator Swagata doesn't know how to behave with colleague and always shouting on juniors behaving like she is the boss. If a task you shared in group it means you have the right to assign the task but she is so much greedy and will take the task from you and reassign by herself for extra money. Due to so much competition for earning extra money rather than salary She always frustrated in her work and this frustration converted into her rude behaviour on other employess. After all of this dirty competition if you can't meet daily targets they will terminate you from the company even in the probation period. Per assign 2/8 rupees which is lesser than my daily travel expenses. They text you even at odd hours for work. Nothing to learn from the work, simple task assigning and dirty politics is also there. No training session provided to the employee even after said in the offer letter, Uses a Chinese app which banned in India and also a VPN illegally, to get assignments from Chinese students. All the instruction/updates is in Chinese, so if any problem happens in app we need to wait for the reply from Team Manager who doesn't reply at all during office hours also. Senior Project coordinator doesn't have any grammatical knowledge, during training also she will misbehave like a hell. And HRs will not pay your incentive even after mentioned in the offer letter. I worked for more than 6 years in the company. Initially the management valued their employees and salary/benefits were good.

Dislikes

Gradually, the management started cutting cost, even such that they can change policies any minute as per their convenience. The company can impose unfair, and baseless penalties and even deduct the money from basic pay. Initially, they valued their employees and paid well but now in the writer position they can just change policies and claim anything unnecessary enough to make you suffer and cut cost. Team Manager or quality manager position in this company is just a way to exploit the human resource unless you're yes-man or a bootlicker. Promotions in this company is easy, but they don't give authority with promotion. This company is a great example of micromanagement, and abuse of human resource.
