Work culture is good. People are helpful. There is lot funny activities done in internal department.

Dislikes

In the time of appraisal there is lots of discrimination. H.R is very poor in solving issue. If there is no work there will be departmental movement or by any means they will look after it that you put your paper

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
